Photo 16 Nov 47 notes My new favorite thing to do as part of my back stretching routine. I roll back and forth on my spine, from tail bone to neck (1). Do this for about 5 mins. Then place roller on lower, middle and upper back as I relax and let the roller do the stretching for me (2,3). I then stretch shoulders by rolling along arms and pushing chest towards floor (4). Really loosens my back and front shoulders up for back stretching :) #foamroller #dirdybirdy #sneakycatinthebackground
